1. The Projects Department
The Projects Department is the department that first interfaces with clients. The department assists clients in obtaining financing for Housing, Education and Business Programs including Agriculture, Tourism and Industry.
The department submits projects that are viable and practical to Management/Board for consideration.
Within the Projects Department is the Business Development Support Centre designed to react to the needs of small businesses and provide practical recommendations and solutions to common and chronic problems.
The Loans Administration/Recoveries Department is responsible for Closing of Loans, Signing of Security Documents, enquiries related to loan balances. This department is also in charge of Loan Deferments, Rescheduling /Restructuring of Loans, request related to;-

Payment waivers.
The Accounts Department is responsible for providing a unified, financial accounting and an effective and efficient control system, developing a comprehensive system of Cheque Preparation, and Receipts Payment which are simultaneously updated in the General Ledger on a real time basis. They are also responsible for the issuing of all Administrative Payments, maintaining a Central Accounting System, producing reports for all Agencies. Daily and monthly maintenance of Bank's Reconciliation and Client Accounts are also functions of the department.
4. Management Information Systems Department
Management Information Systems Department ensures that the Bank's computer systems environment operates in an efficient and effective manner, including all Hardware, Software, Databases and Networks.
5. Human Resources & Marketing Department
This department is responsible for employee recruiting, training, and all staff needs.
The Marketing section of this department markets and promotes the Bank's products and services to the public, and interfaces with the other departments particularly projects, in the interest of the clients and potential clients.
